Wadi Weekender Residential Development | Ad Dirreyah, KSA
This private family development is located in the historically rich area of Al Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. A family weekender retreat, consisting of four bungalow-style units designed to balance privacy with open, expansive views of the Wadi Hanifa. Each of these homes feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, and designated parking, providing comfort and seclusion for weekend getaways. The design draws upon traditional Najdi brickwork building methods, utilizing compressed earth bricks made from on-site materials excavated during the construction phase. Perforated mud brick wall motifs control light and privacy levels in a manner that reflects a contemporized traditional Najdi architectural aesthetic that celebrates a blend of time-honored craftsmanship. The homes are carefully nestled into the escarpment, harmonizing with the natural landscape while showcasing the seamless integration of heritage and modernity.
