Al Rajhi Investments Headquarters | Riyadh, KSA
Designed by Abourass Design Lab , this office building design was initially commissioned by the Ihya Development Company and acquired by the Al Rajhi Investment Company to serve as their corporate headquarters in Riyadh, KSA. The building features a southern exposed glass facade that harnesses solar power via building integrated solar photovoltaics to power tertiary power requirements to alleviate the buildings overall dependency on Riyadhs local power grid. The tower is clad in polished limestone as a measure to reduce the exterior maintenance and limit cleaning to the glass curtain walls.
